This role is indefinite and linked to funding until 30th November 2027.
Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a new Data Entry Clerk to join our team. You will be instrumental in providing high-quality and accurate information that answers crucial questions, potentially transforming the lives of patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Tracking, entering, and cleaning data.
- Monitoring data entered remotely by research sites or participants.
- Supporting the trial management team in creating reports and maintaining trial records.
- Ensuring compliance with study protocols and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
The Data Entry Clerk plays a key part in ensuring the success of our trials.
About You
Are you organic, highly detail-oriented, and thrive in organised environments? If so, this role at Warwick Clinical Trials Unit (WCTU) could be a great fit for you.
Key Requirements:
- Code skill: Own excellent communication to engage with research site staff and participants to encourage timely data submission.
- Responsibility: Ensure data is entered onto the database within agreed timeframes.
- Attention to detail: Scrutinise data entered into bespoke databases for accuracy in line with data management documents.
- Qualifications: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (with a Grade C/4 or above in Maths & English).
- Experience: Previous experience in data management, preferably within healthcare or research environments.
