Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurate and timely entry of carton production, barcode, and warehouse-related data into the ERP system.

The role ensures all production transactions are properly recorded, maintained, and updated to support smooth operational flow and data integrity within the organization.

Job duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform daily data entry of printed carton pallets and empty carton pallets into the warehouse system.
  • Record all production and warehouse transactions accurately in the ERP system.
  • Handle data entry and generation for barcodes, including cartons, ice cream labels, and promotional labels.
  • Ensure all production-related data is entered accurately and on time.
  • Verify and cross-check data entries against source documents for accuracy.
  • Maintain organized records of all system entries and related documentation.
  • Support D&P store data entry activities, including stock and material movements.
  • Prepare basic daily reports related to production and system entries.
  • Identify and report any data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data accuracy and documentation standards.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Work Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is required.

  • Ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks.
