Data Governance & Quality Manager – Databricks, Unity Catalog, Healthcare
A fast-growing, mission-led healthcare data organisation is looking for a Data Governance Manager to lead the design, delivery and evolution of its enterprise-wide data governance and quality framework, transforming how trusted data powers patient outcomes.
The successful applicant will work closely with senior leadership and technical stakeholders, and build the governance, stewardship and MDM foundations that underpin advanced analytics, AI and regulatory compliance across the business.

Location
Hybrid, Once per week in Burton upon Trent or London
Salary
£75,000 to £90,000 + Benefits
To be considered, you'll need:
- Proven senior-level experience owning enterprise data governance policies, standards and stewardship/ownership models, including hands-on work with Unity Catalog and governance tooling across Azure, Databricks, Purview, Synapse and Dataverse
- Strong background in Master Data Management (MDM), enterprise-wide data harmonisation, and metadata/lineage management
- Solid understanding of data ethics, GDPR compliance and NHS information governance frameworks (ISO standards a plus)
- Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
