Data Governance Manager – MDM, Transformation

£90K - £100K + Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Data Governance Manager with a strong understanding of MDM who can help drive an enterprise-wide data transformation programme. The role is responsible for a small team and is very hands-on. This role will suit someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, governance, and business enablement, with the confidence to influence at all levels. Strong communication skills are a must.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience leading Master Data Management, Data Quality, or Data Governance initiatives
  • Experience implementing tooling and driving a transformation.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, integration, and data quality principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical domains.
  • Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks.
  • FS/Insurance experience would be a bonus.
