Project Manager – Data Governance | £65k | 100% WFH | Global Charity | 12-Month FTC
I'm helping one of my key clients, an incredible charity, find a Project Manager to lead a high-profile Data Governance programme supporting a major Oracle Finance transformation.
This role is focused on laying the foundations for better data quality, governance, and controls across a global organisation with over 25,000 employees.
Key areas of focus
- Standardising finance data
- Improving governance controls across HR and Finance systems
- Helping stakeholders understand and adopt better data management practices

- Driving a global Data Governance programme and associated workstreams
- Coordinating stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and Data teams
- Managing project plans, governance, risks, dependencies and reporting
- Supporting the successful delivery of a major Oracle Finance implementation
- Creating momentum and driving change across a complex international organisation
We're looking for a Project Manager with the following:
- Delivering Data Governance or Data Management projects and programmes
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in complex, global organisations
- The ability to influence, challenge and drive progress without direct authority, energy, resilience and the confidence to keep stakeholders moving forward

This is a one-year fixed-term contract with a strong likelihood of extension or perm role, offering the opportunity to play a key role in a global transformation programme that helps an organisation make an even greater impact worldwide.
It's a fully remote role paying up to £65k, with great benefits including 32 days' holiday, gym membership and a generous pension.
