Join us as a Data & Insight Analyst and help turn data into meaningful insight that drives smarter decision-making across the organisation. You’ll create impactful reports and dashboards, bringing complex data to life through clear analysis and actionable recommendations. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping how data is used and embedding a culture where insight informs every decision.
About the role
This is a 37 hour, fixed term opportunity offering agile working, with a mix of home and office-based working to support an excellent work-life balance. In this role, you’ll provide high quality data analysis and insight to support decision making across the organisation, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and KPI performance measures. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to interpret data, deliver meaningful insights and recommendations, and support key projects and transformation activity. You’ll also play an important role in improving data quality, promoting best practice, and helping to embed a culture where data and insight drive performance and continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, confidently managing multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines, budget and quality standards.
- At least two years’ experience in data and performance-focused roles, with a strong track record of developing reports and performance dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Advanced SQL query writing skills and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS, alongside exposure to other technologies such as Tableau, Cognos, Oracle or MySQL.
- Ability to turn data into clear, meaningful insights that support effective decision-making and drive performance.

- £51,604 per annum
- Great work life balance with option of 9 day fortnight.
