About Us

Here at Green Energy Advice Bureau (GEAB), we're passionate about helping businesses reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their sustainability goals through smarter energy solutions.

Due to our continued expansion, we are now searching for an experienced Data & Insights Analyst to join our technical team.

Purpose of the Role

To own the design, accuracy, and insight generation of data and reporting processes across the business.

The role is central to maintaining reliable datasets, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and ensuring the organisation can make confident, data-driven decisions.

A strong command of SQL, familiarity with Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics, and the ability to build automations natively within Zoho (e.g. Zoho Flow and Deluge scripting) is desired to deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Data Ownership & Management

  • Own the structure, integrity, and reliability of data across Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
  • Design and maintain SQL queries that power core reports, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
  • Ensure data quality through proactive validation, reconciliation, and exception reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all business data requirements, translating stakeholder needs into robust reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Manage and document data logic, definitions, and relationships across key datasets.

Reporting & Insight Generation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
