About Vivienne Westwood
Vivienne Westwood is one of the most iconic British fashion brands, renowned for its heritage, innovative design, and commitment to culture and activism. We care deeply about our people and the environment, and our core values — Gaia, Quality not Quantity, Activism, Culture & Heritage — guide us daily. If you share our passion for creativity, sustainability, and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
About The Role
Vivienne Westwood is looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded Data & Insights Coordinator to support the Digital Marketing & CRM team.
In this role, you will help transform campaign and website data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making across digital channels. Working closely with the Head of Digital & CRM and directly support the channel specialists (Paid Social, Performance, CRM, UX), you’ll support reporting, performance analysis, and data integrity across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytics career to gain hands-on experience within a global luxury fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse performance across key digital channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, CRM/Email, Affiliates) using tools such as GA4, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio to enable clear, real-time visibility of trends
- Produce and optimise recurring reports using Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and templates)
- Support analysis of key metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, lifecycle customer behaviour, and product performance
- Validate and sense-check data from internal platforms and external agencies, identifying inconsistencies and anomalies
- Assist in reconciling data across platforms and supporting understanding of attribution differences
- Analyse website performance using tools such as GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify optimisation and A/B testing opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
