Compass, a national charity dedicated to improving lives, is looking for a Data Intelligence Analyst. This role supports their mission by transforming data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will join a proactive team, reporting to the Head of Data Insights & Intelligence, to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Capture, manage, and transform data into impactful insights.
- Develop and maintain data systems and improve data quality.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards supporting decision-making.
- Guide teams in data access and interpretation, ensuring compliance with national data requirements.
- Utilize statistical and reporting tools like Power BI for trend analysis.

- Proficiency in SQL, DAX, advanced Excel.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Confident handling large datasets.
- Problem-solving skills.
