In this position you will...
oversee the data analytics function, managing the collection, organization, and interpretation of data. You will play a crucial role in driving insights that inform business strategies and decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions. Reporting to the DI Manager for Europe, you will be the owner of new partner and product launches from the DI team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution while delivering high-quality data insights.
You will be responsible for...
- Leading the data analytics team to collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Managing the development and implementation of data analysis frameworks and methodologies.
- Overseeing the creation of complex reports and dashboards to present actionable insights for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Designing and implementing data models and data structures to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Developing data models to identify trends, performance metrics, and key business drivers.
- Ensuring data integrity through effective governance, quality control, and error resolution processes.
- Collaborating with various departments to understand business needs and translating them into analytic deliverables.
- Managing new partner and product launches from the DI team, ensuring analytics align with business goals.
- Creating documentation for analytics processes, methodologies, data management protocols, and complex reporting structures.
- Staying current with industry trends and introducing new tools, techniques, or processes to enhance the team’s capabilities.
- Upholding data privacy and security standards in compliance with regulations.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics is a must.
- Experience in the insurance business is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing new partner and product launches from the BI team.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, data modelling techniques, and complex report generation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Databricks, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of data governance and privacy best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing data models and complex reporting structures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of detail orientation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
