Manager, Data Management at ICON plc

As a Manager, Data Management at ICON, you will oversee the data management processes for clinical trials, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of clinical data.
What You Will Do
You will manage day-to-day clinical data management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading the planning and execution of data management activities across multiple clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data management protocols, standards, and best practices.
- Overseeing the collection, processing, and validation of clinical trial data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Managing the data management team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance data management efficiency.
Your Profile
You will have solid clinical data management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in data management within a clinical research environment, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, data standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficient in data management software and tools, with strong analytical skills to assess and improve data quality.
