We are currently recruiting for a Data Management Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at Intact on a hybrid basis.
You’ll Make An Impact By
- As the Data Management Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and managing data quality frameworks and processes to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
- Ensure all data management practices comply with regulatory and industry standards.
- Implement systems and processes to capture and maintain comprehensive metadata and data lineage for key data assets.
- Oversee enterprise MDM/RDM strategy implementation, ensuring that master data across key business domains (e.g., customers, policies, claims) is consistent and accurate across all systems.
- Collaborate with enterprise data architecture, data delivery, and business teams to ensure that data management practices are embedded throughout the data lifecycle.
- Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that data is handled securely, protecting it from unauthorized access, breaches, and data loss.

Your Skills And Experience
- Good delivery experience to develop and execute roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Experience in data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM/RDM strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and tools.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) and data governance tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to enforce and implement data management solutions.
- Insurance domain knowledge.
