Data Management Lead – Strategic Data Transformation
We’re hiring a Data Management Lead to join an ambitious international financial services firm at the intersection of Supply Chain Finance, Payments, and Trade Solutions.
This isn’t a traditional "keep the lights on" role—it’s an opportunity to reimagine data as a strategic asset that unlocks automation, deeper insights, efficiency, and better client outcomes.
About the Role
You’ll lead a data management function for global trade finance and settlement operations, supporting multinational clients and complex supply chains. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll:
- Shape data strategy and governance
- Drive migration and transformation initiatives
- Build scalable analytics capabilities
- Improve data quality, structure, and reporting automation
- Enhance operational resilience and efficiency

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and embed a data management strategy aligned with business growth
- Lead data migration and ETL initiatives with strong auditability and controls
- Improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting automation
- Support analytics and insight generation for operational and strategic decisions
- Drive process optimisation and operational resilience
- Partner across teams to influence change and delivery
Ideal Experience & Skills
We’re particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:
- Supply Chain Finance
- Payments / Cash Management
- Financial Services Operations
- Trade Finance or Treasury environments

What We Offer
- Competitive base salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + bonus
