Data Management Specialist – Insurance (Governance & Data Quality)
We are looking for a Data Management Specialist with strong Insurance domain expertise to support data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management initiatives.
The role will focus on ensuring trusted, compliant, and well-governed data across insurance platforms, supporting key initiatives such as finance transformation, data retention, archival, and regulatory compliance.

The specialist will work closely with Data Architects, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, secure, and audit ready.
Requirements
- Insurance domain mandatory (Policy / Claims / Finance data)
- Strong in data governance, quality, and reconciliation
- Experience in finance transformation / reporting programs
- Exposure to EDP / Databricks preferred
- Experience in retention, archival, and compliance (GDPR)

Key Responsibilities
Data Governance & Data Quality
- Finance Data Governance & Quality
- Define and implement data governance controls for finance transformation programs
- Establish and monitor:
- Data quality rules
- Reconciliation checks across policy, claims, and finance datasets
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial data
- Support creation of a single source of truth for financial reporting
