- Fully Remote (UK-based candidates only)
Salary
£60,000 to £70,000 per annum
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a market-leading healthcare data services provider. As they enter an exciting phase of growth, they are looking for a client-facing Data Migration Consultant to join their high-performing delivery team. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical consultant for internal and external stakeholders, managing the safe, compliant, and end-to-end migration of complex clinical and operational data from legacy environments into modern platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory:
- Act as a core technical point of contact for end clients.
- Run workshops and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Data Profiling & Mapping:
- Analyse and understand source data structures within legacy healthcare systems.
- Design robust transformation, cleansing, and validation strategies.

Solution Delivery:
- Support the development of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Ensure absolute data integrity and clinical safety compliance.

Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify, triage, and resolve intricate data quality issues during active migration phases.

Project Governance:
- Provide technical delivery estimates.
- Track progress and manage risks effectively for internal and external stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- Healthcare Domain Expertise:
- Extensive experience working with major healthcare systems (such as PAS, EPRs, Lab, LIMS, Theatre, or Order Comms).

Technical Strength:
- Advanced SQL / T-SQL experience.
- Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server.

Consultative Approach:
- Strong background in a customer-facing or consultancy capacity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Work Style:
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
