Data Migration Expert - Successfactors
Data Migration Expert – 6-Month Contract
- Location: 2 days onsite in Milton Keynes
- Duration: 6 months
- Requirements:
- Personal laptop required for the duration of the contract
- Rate: £400 – £450 per day
About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a Data Migration Expert to support the transition to SAP SuccessFactors in Milton Keynes.
You will oversee the full Data Migration lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and accurate transfer from legacy systems to SuccessFactors, including:
Key Responsibilities
- Completion of the Data Model and source-to-target mapping
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (essential)
- Defining scope of migration:
- What data exists in legacy systems
- What data will be retained within SuccessFactors
- Data transformation & automation, including:
- Template preparation and validation
- Data extraction and reconciliation
- Execution of mock workloads, identifying defects, and resolving issues
- Production load planning & execution
- Data cleansing activities
- Identification of data excluding migration to SuccessFactors
- Developing an archive & retention strategy for legacy data
- Planning and executing decommissioning of legacy systems
- Final post-load reconciliation and securing business sign-offs
