Job Details
- Experience in SaaS HCM applications.
- Module experience in:
- Core Absence

- Oracle Recruitment
- Project Resource Deployment
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Oda and Journeys
- Payroll
- Experience and detailed knowledge of the process of loading data, working with data, data reconciliation activities.
- Knowledge of HCM security requirements and application.
- Issue resolution and follow-up, liaising between technical developers, functional stream consultants, and business users.
- Writing data migration outcome reports – good written and verbal skills required to create a quality deliverable and follow up with stakeholders involved in data migration.
