Responsibilities
- Experience in SaaS HCM applications.
- Module experience in - Core Absence Performance Case Work Learning and Development Oracle Recruitment Project Resource Deployment Strategic Workforce Planning Oda and Journeys. Payroll
- Experience and detailed knowledge of the process of loading data, working with data, data reconciliation activities
- Knowledge of HCM security requirements and application
- Issue resolution and follow-up liaising between technical developers, functional stream consultants and business users
