Hiring: Data Migration Lead – Banking (Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead with 12+ years of experience to lead enterprise-scale banking transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the end-to-end data migration strategy and governance.
- Lead migration roadmap planning and execution across multiple transformation initiatives.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Operate at both strategic architecture and execution levels.

Migration Scope:
- Core Banking Migration (T24 to Finacle preferred)
- Legacy CRM to New CRM Platform
- Legacy Data Layer to NextGen Data Platform
- Document Management Migration
Required Skills:
- End-to-End Data Migration Leadership for Banking clients
- Data Migration Architecture and Governance
- Migration Roadmap Planning and Delivery
- Data Migration across multiple transformation programs
- Experience in T24 to Finacle migration or similar core banking migration projects
