Description:
A Data Migration Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the accurate transfer of data between systems while maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across Data Migration and Integration service delivery for Healthcare and ERP customers
- Provide strategic technical expertise and data migration leadership spanning a range of high-profile Oracle Cloud digital transformation.
- Data Analysis and Planning: Identify data to be migrated, assess data quality, and determine the most suitable migration methods and strategies
- Data Mapping and Transformation: Develop and maintain mappings from source to target systems, perform data cleansing, transformation, and conversion
- Execution and Monitoring: Perform migration activities, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and data stewards, to resolve issues and ensure smooth migration
- Documentation and Reporting: Document procedures, modifications, and create status reports for stakeholders
- Compliance and Security: Ensure data security and adherence to regulatory requirements during migration
