Role Title: Data Migration Specialist – T24 to Finacle Migration
Experience: 8+ Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist with strong expertise in migrating banking data from Temenos T24 to Infosys Finacle Core Banking systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end migration activities including data extraction, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover support while ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Experience
- 8 plus years of IT experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Core Banking Data Migration projects.
- At least one end-to-end migration project involving T24 and/or Finacle.
- Proven experience in migration planning, execution, testing, and cutover support.
- Experience working with banking stakeholders and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Banking or Financial Services domain certification.
- Finacle or Temenos certification preferred.
- Project Management or ITIL certification is an added advantage.
