RED is seeking an experienced Senior Data Modeler to support the design and delivery of enterprise pricing data products within a modern Azure data platform.
The role will be responsible for designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support business pricing capabilities, analytical use cases, reporting requirements, and wider data product development. The successful candidate will work within a Medallion Architecture across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers, implemented using Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Azure Data Factory.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data products and analytical data models.
- Strong understanding of data modelling methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Experience creating source-to-target mappings, data definitions, and transformation specifications.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience working with complex datasets, data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and data quality issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture.
- Good understanding of Lakehouse architecture.
- Good understanding of Data Mesh principles.
- Good understanding of Master Data Management and Reference Data Management.
- Experience supporting data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data catalogue activities.
- Experience using data modelling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, or similar.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders across data, architecture, engineering, product, and business teams.
