A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Data Management Analyst to join Caristo Diagnostics rapidly growing team. Based in Oxford, you will work in our global data operations team with colleagues in both U.S. and UK.

About the CaRi-Heart® Technology
Named first of “7 Technologies That Could Change Heart Healthcare Forevermore” by the Robb Report, the CaRi-Heart® technology is Caristo’s flagship offering which uncovers hidden coronary inflammation, a key driver of cardiovascular disease, on routine Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA).
The technology is regulatory-approved for commercial use in Europe and Australia, and is currently being piloted in several NHS sites. The CaRi-Heart Technology is also a receipt of the NHS AI award, and has been recognised by the British Heart Foundation as a game-changing innovation for preventing cardiovascular disease. Multiple patents underpinning CaRi-Heart technologies have been granted in major jurisdictions around the world. In addition, exceptional validation results showing CaRi-Heart’s ability to aid the prediction of heart attacks have been published in leading medical journals including the Lancet, JACC, European Heart Journal, and Cardiovascular Research.
About The Role
Overview
Analysis of data is at the core of Caristo's business and we do this using SaaS methodology. Caristo is looking for a Data Management Analyst to oversee the data flow to and from our customers and collaborators. You will be responsible for the management and flow of data in a timely and secure manner, ensuring that information flow complies with security and confidentiality laws and Standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities for improving the efficiency of data management and flow.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage secure data transfers between internal systems, customers, collaborators, and third-party suppliers.
- Configure and support secure access to data in line with operational, security, and compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve data transfer and access issues, providing timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency and support bulk data transfers.
- Validate data to ensure it is accurate, complete, and fit for operational use.
- Produce and maintain operational documentation and technical procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and service reliability.
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong Python skills for automation, scripting, and data processing.
- Knowledge of databases and modern information systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of data security principles and handling confidential information.

Desirable
- Experience with DICOM and medical imaging workflows.
- Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or other regulated environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR or HL7).
- Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
