Join Strategy Analytics as a Data Operations Analyst - power data delivery across the International Private Bank.

As a Data Operations Analyst in Strategy Analytics team, you'll join a collaborative team that ensures the right data reaches the right people across the International Private Bank — supporting the products and platforms that make that possible. Your work will span governance, analytics, and project delivery — assisting with task prioritization, triaging data requests, analyzing data, supporting change projects, and producing the metrics that keep our platform performing at its best.

This breadth of exposure means you'll build a genuinely diverse skill set early in your career. You don't need to arrive as a subject matter expert, what matters is that you bring curiosity, energy, and the drive to learn fast.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the governance framework of the Strategy Analytics team, assisting with task prioritization, triaging incoming data requests, and helping ensure the right work is delivered at the right time.
  • Help write and refine requirements and acceptance criteria in partnership with the wider teams.
  • Analyze datasets and run metrics that inform platform performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Support data change projects from initiation through delivery with analytical rigour and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders across business, operations, and technology — building relationships, facilitating communication, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools to solve problems, analyze data, and drive efficiency across the team's processes.
  • Challenge the way things are done — proposing improvements, reimagining processes, and contributing to a team culture built on openness and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
