Braun Management works with executive teams to solve organizational problems that have become too internal to fix. We provide rigorous analysis and evidence-backed conclusions to help leadership teams navigate structural friction and clarify decision rights.

The role

The Data Operations Coordinator is a new position designed to support our ongoing work with a London-based financial client. As we investigate the operational friction within their organization, we need a disciplined individual to manage the integrity and structure of the data that informs our recommendations. This is a fully remote role where your primary focus will be ensuring that the information we use for structural audits and organizational reviews is precise, consistent, and well-documented. You will work closely with our consultants to provide the grounded data they need to have difficult but necessary conversations with executive leadership.

What you will do

  • Monitor and audit internal databases to identify discrepancies in client organizational records.
  • Clean and structure large sets of information for our senior consulting team to use in their analysis.
  • Maintain detailed documentation that tracks the evolution of decision rights and reporting lines within the project.
  • Coordinate with client contacts to gather missing data points or clarify conflicting records.
  • Update and verify organizational charts to ensure they reflect the operational reality of the business.
  • Prepare summary reports that highlight data quality issues and suggest practical improvements to our collection methods.
  • Format research findings to ensure they meet our standards for clear, professional presentation.
  • Support the remote team by keeping project archives organized and accessible for all members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
