About the Role
We are looking for an experienced people manager to manage and grow a Technical Data Operations team within an assigned workstream. Ensuring high-quality product data is delivered across both new client implementations and ongoing BAU programmes. This role will be ideal for someone who has 3 years of experience managing a small team and is seeking their second management position.
You will take ownership of workstream planning, prioritisation, and delivery quality, ensuring effective resource allocation, effective escalation management, and consistent performance against SLAs.
The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership experience and a proven track record of managing junior teams in a deadline-driven environment. While the work involves technical product data, the primary focus of this role is leading, developing, and supporting the team, strengthening operational processes, and ensuring delivery excellence across the workstream.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
