Ei Square®
At Ei Square®, we assist our clients to be mature in their data footprint. Data and analytics are the engine that propels our clients’ business forward, with reliable and well-managed data being a critical component in achieving our client’s overall strategy. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Platform Delivery & Account Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing world-class data platform implementation for our clients.
Role overview
Ei Square / Deesha is looking for a Data Platform Delivery & Account Lead responsible for orchestrating the successful implementation of a new organisational data platform — from planning and sprint delivery to stakeholder governance and light account management. This hybrid role combines agile delivery leadership, project governance, and client relationship management, ensuring the programme progresses smoothly while maintaining strong communication and trust with stakeholders.
You will plan the implementation roadmap, create epics and user stories, run sprints, and maintain all delivery artefacts. You will also produce the project steering deck, manage the risk register, track actions, and occasionally act as the account lead for client-facing conversations.
This role suits someone who is structured, proactive, and confident navigating both technical delivery teams and senior business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
-
Programme & Implementation Planning
- Develop the end-to-end implementation plan for the data platform, including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Coordinate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and ensure clarity across all contributors.
-
Agile Delivery Leadership
- Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
- Lead sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, blockers, and delivery risks.
- Ensure sprint goals are realistic, measurable, and aligned with the platform roadmap.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
