Shape the Future of an Enterprise Data Platform

We're partnering with a large UK organisation that has recently completed a significant investment in its Microsoft Fabric platform and is now entering the next phase of its data transformation.

Having successfully built the foundations of its enterprise data platform, the business is now looking for an experienced Data Platform Lead to take ownership of its future direction.

This is an opportunity to inherit a modern Microsoft Fabric environment, lead an established Data Engineering team and play a key role in shaping the organisation's long-term data, AI and analytics strategy.

If you're looking for a role where you'll genuinely influence technology decisions rather than simply deliver someone else's roadmap, this is exactly that opportunity.

Why Join?

This isn't a business that's standing still.

Over the next 12–24 months you'll help drive:

  • The continued evolution of an enterprise Microsoft Fabric platform.
  • Significant investment into AI and modern data capabilities.
  • Expansion of data capabilities across multiple business functions.
  • Continuous improvement of architecture, governance and engineering standards.

You'll have genuine ownership of the platform and the autonomy to influence how it develops, working closely with senior technology leaders and business stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
