Key responsibility areas: Strategy, regulation compliance, client engagement, policy, and governance—and driving continuous improvement.

Flywire needs your vision and drive to build the privacy program of the future, with exposure to leadership across our organisation in sales, risk, legal, and beyond.

  • Interpret complex regulatory frameworks early. You’ll monitor and influence updates to GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, PIPL, GDPR-like regulations globally, translating to simple, actionable steps for Flywire’s global audience.
  • Counter exclaimed by executive leadership in real time—through proactive reporting device collaboration with internal stakeholders to address risks or issues.
  • Align cross-functionally—sales and risk teams, technology leaders—their ability is to act as the point person on privacy-related issues to ensure a rubber-to-metal flow globally.
  • Proactively manage growing regulatory landscapes. Take the lead in identifying emerging risks, preparing for event-based activities and guiding corporate responses effective.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
