Data Privacy Senior Manager - AI & Automation

London

Salary to £110,000 plus bonus and benefits

Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

This is an opportunity to shape how one of the UK's largest organisations uses AI, automation and agentic technology to transform data privacy.

This isn't a traditional privacy or legal role. We're looking for someone with a strong data background who understands data privacy and can identify where automation can improve controls, efficiency and customer outcomes.

The role:

  • Identify where AI, automation and agentic technology can improve data privacy across a complex organisation.
  • Develop the strategy, roadmap and business case for automation, then help drive delivery.
  • Work across data, engineering, product, privacy and business teams to embed privacy into products and processes.
  • Analyse complex data environments to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk and strengthen privacy controls.
  • Deliver practical improvements while helping shape the longer-term direction of data privacy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Financial services experience would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in candidates from other organisations operating at similar scale and complexity.

The strongest candidates will combine hands-on data capability, practical experience of AI and automation, and enough data privacy experience to transform how privacy operates rather than simply maintain it.
