Job Description
As an M3 EU Data Product Manager, you will develop innovative, market-leading digital data products that delight our clients. This critical role plays a key part in delivering M3 EU’s strategy, bridging the gap between the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare professionals.
Your responsibilities include:
- Representing the needs of the pharmaceutical sector and championing products both inside and outside the organisation.
- Acting as a key influencer, working with commercial and operational teams to gather customer insights.
- Crafting compelling data-driven narratives that support our short- and long-term business strategy.
- Driving the product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and beyond.
You will collaborate closely with Product and Data Engineering Teams to shape vision, strategy, and roadmaps, delivering tailored solutions for clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new data products and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the "Voice of the Customer", analysing stakeholders, market dynamics, and competitive/compliance requirements.
- Define data product specifications based on user insights and validate feature improvements against client and stakeholder needs.
- Create clear, concise requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, prioritising the backlog based on business objectives and deadlines.
- Support development and UAT phases as necessary.
- Present and promote new product features internally and externally.
- Continuously reflect on outputs to refine strategies and advance M3 EU’s product vision.
Qualifications & Skills
- A proven track record in Product Management, preferably with experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
- A deep understanding of Waterfall and Agile development lifecycles in commercial settings.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience launching highly profitable data products.
- Demonstrated ability to discover, define, and implement data product features.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data-driven insights, and SQL (bonus points for expertise).
- Critical thinking and a data-first mindset to optimise efficiency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, including communication, persuasion, and influence.
- Commitment to user empathy, improving experiences and outcomes.
- Experience in medical media/communications and a pharmaceutical industry understanding (preferred).
