Bringg: Infrastructure Behind Delivery Operations

We're hiring a Data Product Manager to drive innovation in our logistics platform, lead cross-functional product development, and deliver solutions with real-world impact.
What will you do?
- Define product strategy for Bringg’s data and platform modules, and translate that strategy into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including go-to-market, customer success, engineering, analytics, and design/user experience.
- Key collaborators will be the other Product Managers, as well as the engineering leader for AI and Data.
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
- Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.

What will you need?
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B industry environment and a passion to solve problems
- Experience with data architecture and data model design
- Deep technical abilities and detail-oriented, able to communicate with developers easily
- Ability to make clear decisions and prioritize, balancing data and intuition in an environment with imperfect information.
- Excellent collaboration and ability to communicate well across functions from engineering about technical requirements, all the way to communicating with marketing on problems and value.
- Ability to work well across time zones. Bringg is a distributed company, with go-to-market teams in North America and development teams in Eastern Europe and Israel.
- Quick and self-learner, knowledge-and-logic-driven with exceptional communication and presentation skills
