About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Product Manager who refuses to accept “that’s how we’ve always done it.”

This is not a delivery coordination role. This is a strategic product leadership role responsible for shaping, building and growing commercially successful data products that leverage Reward’s unique transaction, merchant and customer data assets.
Working closely with Data and Software Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Science, BI, Commercial teams / Consumer Insights, you will define the product strategy, validate customer needs and deliver data products that create measurable business value across banking, retail, loyalty and finance media.
What You Will Bring

- Strong product management capability across discovery, prioritisation, roadmap development and product delivery
- Experience working in Agile product teams
- Experience balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience defining product KPIs, OKRs and success metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- Experience building business cases and influencing senior stakeholders

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
