Join Reward Where Data Meets Commerce
Turn Data Into Products That Shape the Future of Commerce
At Reward, we sit at the intersection of banking, retail, loyalty and commerce media, transforming billions of customer and transaction data points into products that create measurable value for some of the world's leading financial institutions and retailers.
As part of Rezolve Ai, a NASDAQ-listed AI-powered commerce platform, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth and we're looking for an ambitious Data Product Manager to help define what's next.
This isn't a delivery or project management role. We're looking for someone who challenges convention, thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about building products that solve real customer problems.
If you're excited by data, AI and product strategy, and love turning insight into commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll own the strategy, development and success of a portfolio of data products, taking ideas from discovery through to launch, adoption and continuous improvement.
Working with teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, BI and Commercial, you'll transform complex datasets into scalable, customer-centric products that drive measurable business outcomes.
You'll be responsible for:
- Defining the vision, strategy and roadmap for Reward's data products.
- Identifying opportunities to commercialise transaction, merchant and customer data.
- Leading product discovery, validating customer needs and testing assumptions quickly.
- Working closely with Engineering and Data teams to bring innovative products to market.
- Championing a product-led mindset and embedding modern product management practices across the business.
- Measuring product success through meaningful KPIs, customer insight and commercial outcomes.
- Continuously evolving products based on customer feedback, analytics and market opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
