Data Product Manager
London | Hybrid Working | Up to £102,000 + 15% Bonus + Non-Contributory 15% Pension + Excellent Benefits
Must have Lloyd's / London Market insurance experience.
We're partnering with a highly respected Lloyd's Market insurer to appoint a Data Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in defining, delivering, and evolving the organisation's data product strategy.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise data products, shaping their roadmap from concept through to delivery and continuous improvement. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and analysts, you'll ensure products are aligned with business priorities and drive adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the roadmap for enterprise data products.
- Gather, prioritise, and translate business requirements into actionable product backlogs.
- Partner closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Architecture teams to deliver business value.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Drive product adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Work with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and Operations to understand evolving business needs.
- Prioritise enhancements based on business value, user feedback, and strategic objectives.
- Champion best practice product management across the data function.

About You
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, Data Product Manager, or Product Owner within a data or analytics environment.
- Lloyd's or London Market insurance experience is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with both senior business leaders and technical teams.
- Experience defining product roadmaps and managing priorities.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, and modern data platforms.
- Commercially minded with a passion for delivering products that create measurable business value.

- Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud-based data technologies.
Package
- Up to £102,000 basic salary.
- 15% annual bonus.
- 15% non-contributory pension.
