Job Description
As an M3 EU Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing innovative, market-leading digital data products
- Providing value to clients by bringing them closer to healthcare professionals
- Representing the needs of the pharmaceutical industry and externally evangelising for products
- Working closely with commercial and operational teams to gather and distil customer insights
- Creating data stories that meet client needs and support commercial objectives
Key Responsibilities
You will lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborating with:
- Product and Data Engineering Teams
- Translating roadmaps into actionable requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead new data product development projects and support continuous improvement
- Be the "Voice of the Customer", ensuring client and internal reporting needs are met
- Understand the healthcare market, competition, and compliance landscapes
- Gather and analyse user data to define product specifications
- Validate new features meet client and stakeholder needs
- Write clear requirements/user stories with acceptance criteria
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and prioritise the data product backlog based on strategy, business objectives, and deadlines
- Support development and UAT phases as required
- Demo and communicate new product features internally/externally
- Reflect on outputs to improve product vision and strategy
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Strong background in Product Management, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments
- In-depth knowledge of Waterfall and Agile software development lifecycles in a commercial environment
- Proven commercial acumen with experience bringing profitable data products to market
- Strong track record in discovering, defining, and implementing data product features
- Understanding of data warehousing and business insights (SQL skills highly desirable)
- Data-driven decision-making with strong critical-thinking skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities
- Ability to challenge assumptions with questions like "Why?"
- Passion for improving user experiences and empathy for user needs

- Experience in medical media/communications or understanding of the Pharma industry
- Knowledge of the needs of healthcare professionals
