Data Product Manager
Location: London
Salary: Up to £90,000
This is a high impact opportunity for a Data Product Manager to take genuine ownership within a business that sees data as a core commercial driver. You will sit at the centre of a major data platform transformation, with visibility at senior leadership level and the chance to shape how data products are built and used across international markets.

The Role
- Own the end to end lifecycle of data products, from discovery and roadmap definition through to delivery and continuous improvement
- Define and drive the data product vision aligned to commercial and operational priorities
- Act as the link between business stakeholders, analytics teams, and central data engineering and platform teams
- Translate complex, telecoms focused business needs into scalable, well designed data solutions
- Oversee technical delivery, challenge design decisions, and promote best practice across the data platform
- Support platform ownership activities including incident management and operational governance
- Communicate progress, priorities, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders and market teams

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience delivering data products within a modern data platform environment
- Hands on exposure to Databricks as a core platform, with the ability to challenge and guide technical solutions
- Broader understanding of cloud data ecosystems, with knowledge of platforms such as Synapse or Snowflake being beneficial
- Comfortable working across data engineering, analytics, and business teams
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and handle complex or challenging conversations
- Experience delivering data platform or data lake transformations, including enabling self service analytics
