Senior Product Manager (Squad Lead) – AND Digital

The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic leader who will:

  • Translate business needs into a prioritised, actionable delivery plan
  • Ensure the team remains focused on delivering measurable commercial ROI
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Business Sponsor and technical squad
  • Coach business sponsors and stakeholders on data-driven, product-centric ways of working
  • Manage the product backlog, sequencing use cases (e.g., F&B optimisation or maintenance routing) based on value, feasibility, and technical complexity

This role is ideal for a Product Manager with agile, commercial, and coaching-driven experience who is passionate about the intersection of human expertise and intelligent technology to create lasting impact.


Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Define and own a strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives and ensures value delivery
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Shift team mindset from "just give me a dashboard" to a product-centric, data-driven approach
  • Continuously evaluate and prioritise backlog items to ensure highest-value delivery
  • Drive improved business data literacy through coaching and mentorship
  • Measure and track commercial ROI and business impact of product initiatives

  • Backlog Prioritisation – Expertise in sorting , sizing, and sequencing backlog items
  • Business-to-Technical Translation – Ability to distil complex business problems into clear technical requirements
  • Business Data Literacy – Strong coaching skills to help stakeholders understand data-driven decision-making
