Data Protection Solicitor

Data Protection Solicitor (5+ PQE) – London (Hybrid), £100,000 (DOE)

Join a dynamic and ambitious team specialising in complex defamation, privacy, and data protection disputes across multiple jurisdictions.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity arises for an experienced Data Protection Solicitor, based in London, working in a hybrid model. The ideal candidate will:

  • Provide advice to a diverse client base on complex defamation, misuse of private information, breach of confidence, harassment, GDPR compliance, reputation management, and online content removal
  • Manage matters from pre-action advice through to litigation and settlement
  • Handle high-profile, multi-jurisdictional disputes
  • Contribute to business development

The Candidate – Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Requirements

You will be a qualified solicitor with:

  • At least 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Significant specialist experience in:
    • Defamation claims
    • Reputation & privacy cases
    • Confidentiality matters
    • Data protection litigation
