Data Quality Analyst - Global Transformation

Data Quality Analyst - Global Transformation

Location: Hertfordshire (2 days per week) Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Benefits

About the Company

We’re partnering with a global organisation undergoing a significant transformation in how it manages, governs, and improves data across its international operations.

As the business continues to invest in its global data strategy, they’re looking for someone who can take ownership of real data quality challenges, working with teams across multiple countries to improve the integrity of critical business data and prevent issues before they happen.

This is an opportunity to join a highly visible global function where you’ll:

  • Influence projects
  • Improve business processes
  • Help shape how data quality is managed across the organisation

The Role

This is far more than a reporting or governance position.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying data quality issues
  • Understanding why they’ve occurred
  • Driving sustainable solutions that prevent recurrence

Working across business and technical teams, you’ll own data quality problems from investigation through to resolution, building relationships with stakeholders to implement lasting improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
