We are looking for a Data Quality Controller to become part of our Data Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret leases and other related documents
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant transfer of lease data into the central management database (measured by KPI)
- Validate data input contributions from team members to guarantee dataset integrity
- Collaborate with other operational teams across JLL
- Take full ownership of the Data Management process, ensuring end-to-end accountability
- Maintain continuous database upkeep and participate regularly in management reviews to refine accuracy, coordinate corrective actions, and drive improvement
- Process all tenant refund requests in alignment with JLL’s best practice standards and timeframes using the dedicated system
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed
- Perform additional tasks to uphold data quality standards across the business

- Good judgement, initiative, and the capacity to quickly adapt to new systems and tasks

Desirable (but not mandatory) Experience
- Proficient in IT skills, especially MS Excel (including advanced functions like V-Lookup, X-Lookup, conditional formatting, and pivot tables)
- Legal documentation experience, particularly with property or commercial leasing agreements
- Previous work in a data management or administrative capacity
- Familiarity with property management accounting systems, such as Yardi Voyager or MRI Horizon
