What This Job Involves
- Review and interpret leases and other related documents
- Ensure accurate transfer of lease data into the management database, on time and compliant with service level agreements (SLA/KPIs)
- Review data input from team members to maintain dataset integrity
- Liaise with cross-functional operational teams across the business
- Take full ownership of the Data Management process
- Regularly maintain the management database, attend management meetings, and coordinate accuracy reviews/corrective actions
- Process tenant refund requests per JLL best practices and deadlines via the dedicated monitoring system
- Support with new team member onboarding
- Complete any additional duties ensuring data quality across the business

Essential Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:

✔ Ability to manage workload independently, prioritise tasks, and work to deadlines with minimal supervision

Desirable Skills
(Proven expertise in any of these is a extra advantage)
- Advanced IT skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas: 'V-Lookup', 'X-Lookup', conditional formatting, pivot tables)
- Experience with legal documentation review or procurement
- Prior exposure to data management in any sector
- Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi Voyager, MRI Horizon)
