About the Role

Join our Data Governance & AI Non-Financial Risk team as a Data Quality Metrics Specialist. This Associate-level role focuses on designing, implementing, and monitoring standardized metrics to evaluate the Firm’s data and Data Quality Program. You'll operate within the Data Quality Controls & Metrics team, reducing Firm-wide data quality risk exposure.

Part of our Legal & Compliance division, you'll play a key role in managing legal, regulatory, and franchise risk to align the Firm with its business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Advise stakeholders on implementing data quality metrics.
  • Provide expertise and recommendations for transitioning to an automated metric-producing environment.
  • Advise the business on data quality metrics (SME).
  • Maintain an inventory of DQ metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with key data quality stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively communicate, listen, and coordinate across the lifecycle of data quality metrics.
  • Develop methods to apply the Data Quality Program framework to metrics and monitoring.
  • Train other team members and data quality risk officers on metrics.

Requirements

Key Criteria:

✅ At least 4 years of relevant experience ✅ Bachelor’s Degree 📊 Strong comprehension of the data lifecycle and data quality approaches (e.g., prioritization) 💻 Advanced Excel or data analysis tool skills (proven experience essential) 🧠 Strong problem-solving and analytical ability 📈 Ability to explain complex topics clearly 🗣️ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior management decisions 📜 Ability to influence and drive project completion

Preferred/Plus:

🔹 Previous experience in data and information risk, data governance, data architecture, or enterprise data modeling 🔹 Experience in driving programme and process adoption
