Data Quality Officer – Medinet Group

Medinet Group

Medinet Group is a leading healthcare organisation dedicated to improving patient access to high-quality clinical services across the UK. Through our three specialist divisions – Medinet (insourcing), HealthHarmonie (community specialist services), and HealthHarmonie Minds (mental health and wellbeing) – we work closely with NHS and healthcare partners to reduce waiting times, improve patient outcomes, and deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

About The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing healthcare organisation where data quality plays a critical role in patient care and operational performance. You’ll work with clinical and operational teams to maintain accurate, reliable data that supports informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and continuous service improvement across the business.

The Role

As a Data Quality Officer, you’ll help maintain the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of patient and operational data across multiple systems. You’ll identify data issues, carry out audits, produce reports, and collaboratively improve data quality and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine data quality audits to ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve duplicate records, inconsistencies, missing information, and other data quality issues
  • Validate information entered into clinical and operational systems, ensuring accuracy and timely recording
  • Monitor patient and operational records to maintain high data quality standards
  • Produce regional data quality reports, identifying trends, risks, and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with operational teams to resolve data anomalies and improve data capture processes
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate datasets and responding to information requests
  • Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to performance reporting
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, Caldicott Principles, NHS Data Security Standards, and organisational information governance policies
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to verify and validate information
  • Escalate significant data quality or governance concerns where appropriate
  • Maintain clear documentation of audit findings and corrective actions
  • Support the development of data quality procedures, guidance, and best practice
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting, operational efficiency, and data integrity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
