Meet the Team
Platform Solutions is a rapidly evolving organization that leverages technology to deliver proprietary intelligence and resources to investment professionals at scale. Within this unit, the Content Solutions team serves as the central hub for expertise in alternative data, independent research, and investment tools.
The team collaborates closely with partners across Platform Solutions, including Corporate Access, Broker Relations, and Sector Specialists, to shape how content is sourced, evaluated, and delivered company-wide.

What You’ll Do
- Research, identify, and evaluate data and research products relevant to EMEA Consumer & Technology, serving as a subject matter expert within your coverage area.
- Publish proprietary commentary and host events that deliver timely intelligence and meaningful value to investment professionals.
- Optimize the content portfolio by:
- Onboarding high-value products
- Offboarding lower-value offerings
- Guiding users to the most effective content for their strategies
- Continuously improve content sourcing, assessment, and delivery by:
- Testing new approaches
- Leveraging internal technology
- Using data-driven insights to refine workflows and measure impact
- Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Access, Broker Relations, Sector Specialists, Business Management, Data Science, AI Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver solutions.
- Build strong relationships with investment professionals to understand their needs and apply feedback to strengthen the firm’s content platform.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with content providers, negotiating favourable terms to access differentiated, high-value content.
- Manage a high volume of work across diverse priorities with strong organization, clear communication, and consistent execution.

What You Bring
- 6+ years of professional experience across finance, data, and/or research.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to rigorously assess products and develop evidence-backed recommendations.
- Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, translating complex information into actionable insights.
- A proactive, innovative mindset, evidenced by:
- Process improvements
- Testing new technologies
- Quick learning from results
- Ability to work effectively across functions, building strong cross-team relationships in dynamic environments.
- Excellent relationship management skills:
- Creditability established with investment professionals
- Credibility with content providers
- Exceptional organizational skills and judgment, with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while driving results.
- Strong data literacy, and experience with discretionary and systematic investment processes (preferred: EMEA Consumer & Technology domain knowledge).
