Meet the Team Platform Solutions is Millennium’s rapidly evolving organization that leverages technology to deliver proprietary intelligence and resources to our investment professionals at scale. Within the team, Content Solutions is the hub of expertise and insights on alternative data, independent research, and investment tools. They partner closely with investment professionals and colleagues in Platform Solutions—Sector Specialists, Corporate Access, and Broker Relations—to shape how content is sourced, evaluated, and delivered across the firm.

What You'll Do Research, discover, and vet data and research products relevant to Global Industrials & Materials, becoming the firm's subject matter expert in your focus area Publish proprietary commentary and host events that deliver intelligence and drive value to investment professionals Optimize the firm's content portfolio within your focus area, onboarding high-value products, offboarding inferior products, and guiding investment professionals toward the best content for their strategy Continuously evaluate and improve how content is sourced, vetted, and delivered at scale, testing new approaches, leveraging internal technology, and using data-driven insights to refine workflows and measure success Partner across Platform Solutions, with Corporate Access, Broker Relations, and Sector Specialists, as well as with Business Management, Data Science, AI and Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver innovative, cross-functional solutions Build deep relationships with investment professionals to understand their unique content needs and learn from their insights to improve the firm’s content platform Develop and maintain strategic relationships with content providers, negotiating best-in-class commercial terms and generating unique opportunities to access high-value content Manage high volumes of work across diverse functions and competing priorities with strong organizational discipline, effective communication, and timely execution

What You Bring 6+ years of professional experience in finance, data, and/or research Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to rigorously assess products and form clear, well-supported views Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights Proactive, innovative mindset with a track record of improving processes, experimenting with new ideas and technology, and learning quickly from outcomes Proven ability to work effectively across functions and build strong partnerships in a fast-moving environment Strong relationship skills with the ability to establish credibility with investment professionals and content providers Excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and comfort operating independently in high volume and ambiguous environments while remaining results-oriented Strong data literacy, and familiarity with discretionary and systematic investment processes, with a background in Global Industrials and/or Materials preferred
