Description

Collins Bartholomew is one of the world's most trusted names in cartographic and geospatial data, with a heritage stretching back over 200 years. This is a senior new business role where you will own the pipeline, pursue enterprise and custom licensing opportunities and act as the commercial voice of a globally recognised brand. We are looking for a hunter who can open doors, build relationships and close complex deals across government, defence, media, education, technology and telecoms. This is a genuine opportunity to build something and leave a mark on a business that is actively investing in its digital future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunting and winning new enterprise and custom sales across target sectors, managing the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
  • Building and maintaining a structured pipeline of high-value opportunities, including responding to tenders and pre-tender engagement
  • Representing Collins Bartholomew at key industry events and through senior client relationships - becoming the face of the brand in your markets
  • Working closely with our cartographic and product teams to shape solutions that genuinely meet customer needs
  • Contributing market intelligence to shape our three-year commercial strategy and digital cartographic roadmap
  • Staying sharp on competitor activity, market trends and emerging opportunities across your sectors

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
