We are currently recruiting for our Summer 2026 intake, with an expected start date in September 2026.
About Management Solutions
Management Solutions is an international consulting firm whose core mission is to deliver business, risk, financial, organisational and process-related advisory services, targeting both functional aspects and the implementation of related technologies. We currently have a multidisciplinary team (functional, mathematical, technical and systems integration) of 4,000 professionals.
We operate through 52 offices (24 in Europe, 23 in the Americas, 3 in Asia, 1 in Africa and 1 in Oceania) from where we regularly serve clients that operate in more than 50 countries across five major geographical areas (Europe, Americas, Asia, Africa and Oceania).
Role
- Statistical data processing (Data Mining)
- Artificial Intelligence (AI), including generative AI
- Predictive modeling using Machine Learning and Data Science techniques
- Time-series modeling (ARIMA and panel data models) and simulation models (Monte Carlo)
- Development, validation and audit of financial, risk, marketing and business-oriented models
- R&D projects

Requirements
- Recent graduates or final year students.
- Desirably have knowledge of Artificial Intelligence modeling techniques (logit, GLM, time series, random forests, clustering, XGBoost), statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python, Matlab), big data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Hive, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid academic record.
- Strong computer skills.
- Postgraduate studies and/or specialized courses are an asset, especially in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantitative Finance or similar.
- Knowledge of other languages is desirable.
- Get-up-and-go attitude, maturity, responsibility and strong work ethic.
- Strong ability to learn quickly.
- Able to integrate easily into multidisciplinary teams.
