The Role: Data Science Manager

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead & inspire teams of Data Scientists to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Develop machine learning models to solve real-world business problems using:
    • Deep Learning
    • Quantum Analytics
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven strategies and technical solutions
  • Conduct discovery analytics to uncover new opportunities for clients
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to deploy and scale AI/ML models
  • Create reusable frameworks, best practices, and enterprise-level assets
  • Guide analytical decisions, influencing client team strategies and directions
  • Communicate insights to senior leaders and recommend data science strategies
  • Contribute technical expertise to new business sales pipelines

Requirements & Skills

Core Experience

Required: ✅ Materialspecialist in data science, machine learning, or business analytics ✅ Practical coding proficiency (Python preferred) + strong SQL, ETL, or computational skills ✅ Proficiency in data architecture (SQL, ETL, NoSQL, DW, Big Data technologies: PySpark, Hive) ✅ Handling unstructured data (e.g., text, PDFs, audio/video bytes call recordings) ✅ Electoretical machine learning models (e.g., XGBoost, Deep Neural Networks, Transformers) ✅ Holistic ML library expertise (e.g., Fastai, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn) ✅ Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) for project deployments ✅ Strong visualisation (e.g., D3.js, ggplot, Tableau)
