What You’ll Do
As a Data Analytics Engineer or Data Scientist, you’ll drive impact through:
- Designing and improving data pipelines – Collaborate in shaping data systems that ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency across diverse tech stacks.
- Ensuring data correctness and scalability – Partner with engineers to validate data, define key metrics, and optimize reporting and analytics engines.
- Developing internal data products – Build scalable tools (e.g., forecasting dashboards, predictive models) used by product teams at scale.
- Fostering platform-wide decision-making – Provide the analytical backbone for business strategy, performance tracking, and growth initiatives.
- Leveraging AI for smarter insights – Use AI to accelerate workflows, uncover opportunities, and analyze competitors and market trends.

- Competitive salaries starting at £85,797 (London) or €66,065 (Europe)—scaling to £112k–£250k+/€107k–€190k+ for experienced roles

Location
- Pre-entry requirement: Begin your first months on-site in Milan (Italy) to align with culture and team.
- Work long-term in Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or remotely (from eligible countries).
